Meet Anna
I am a therapist who has found my passion in working with children, teens and their families while working in the community. I believe that while our past can impact our present, there is always hope that we can heal and grow through life’s many paths. I am deeply passionate about helping clients move toward healing, self-agency, and empowerment — and that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a peaceful, meaningful life.
Anna Pastrana • Masters Counseling Student Intern • Under the clinical supervision of Chrissy Hunter, LPC-S
As a therapist, I plan to be a lifelong learner, gaining insight through various approaches and techniques and sharing them in ways that suit each person on an individual level. When appropriate, I aim to gently encourage and challenge clients in ways that foster growth and meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for them. To me, therapy is a process where we can grow in a safe, non-judgmental, and curious space — all in an effort to become our most fulfilled selves.
